Sons of Jersey

Sons of Jersey band is a trio of experienced professional musicians who are collaborating to create original music and unique covers of special tunes. Chip Mergott is a veteran composer and performer with 11+ albums and countless original tunes to his credit. Alan LeBoeuf has toured the world performing as Paul McCartney in various Beatlemania concert crews, and has years of recording experience on his own and for others. Jim “Jamo” Flynn has been performing and recording music since the 1970’s, teaches drums online, and has recently added record engineering to his skills.

Sons Of Jersey has recorded a great old Gospel & Blues classic called “Don’t Let Nobody Turn You Round. You might remember a version recorded by the Steve Miller Band back in the 70’s. After going our separate ways for a few years we decided to get back together to redo some of our favorite music. "Turn You Round" is the first of these recordings. We did this particular tune to remind everyone to vote. Non-partisan, just vote! We started playing this song back in the early 1970's - another time when voting was critical. More to come...
